What Are Therapy Intensives?
Therapy intensives are extended-format sessions—typically 90 minutes, 2 hours, or half-day formats—that give us room to explore more deeply than a traditional 50-minute appointment allows.
They’re ideal if you:
- Feel stuck or plateaued in weekly therapy
- Want focused support around a specific issue or transition
- Need to process trauma in a more contained and intentional way
- Are short on time and want to make progress quickly
We’ll co-create a plan tailored to your needs, ensuring safety, pacing, and clarity every step of the way.
What to Expect
Each intensive is custom-designed around your goals and emotional readiness. Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
- Somatic practices and nervous system regulation tools
- Guided inner child work or parts work
- Trauma processing using mindfulness and body awareness
- Integration planning for life after the session
We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive, not overwhelming. The goal is to leave each session with more clarity, more internal space, and more connection to yourself.
Is This Right For You?
Therapy intensives may be a great fit if you:
- Are navigating grief, relationship rupture, or big life shifts
- Want to revisit trauma work with focused time and support
- Are preparing for or integrating a psychedelic experience
- Prefer shorter-term, results-driven therapy experiences
Not sure? We can start with a consultation to explore what format works best for you.
