Seeking professional help is not a weakness.

Now welcoming clients to my cozy new San Francisco office.

There’s something uniquely grounding about sitting face-to-face in a quiet space where you can pause, breathe, and just be. While online therapy offers flexibility and access, in-person sessions can provide a deeper sense of connection, safety, and presence—especially for those who find comfort in physical environments or struggle with screen fatigue.

If you’ve been looking for in-person therapy in San Francisco, I’d love to welcome you to my new office.

Why In-Person Therapy?

While I continue to offer online therapy for flexibility and access, some people feel more grounded and connected when we meet in person. In-person therapy can offer:

  • A quiet, screen-free space where your healing gets the focus it deserves
  • A consistent, calming environment designed for safety and comfort
  • The opportunity to tune into your body and nervous system more naturally
  • A deeper sense of connection through presence, eye contact, and somatic cues

Everyone’s needs are different. For some, in-person therapy can feel more embodied and less abstract, especially when processing complex emotions or trauma.

My Office Space

My new office is located in a warm, welcoming space in San Francisco, designed with softness, light, and nervous system safety in mind. I’ve created a space that’s calm, private, and inclusive—where you can take a breath and just be yourself.

Whether you’re coming in after a long day or arriving with big feelings, this space is here to hold you gently.

Who In-Person Therapy Is For

In-person sessions are a good fit if:

  • You’re seeking deeper connection or grounding
  • You find video sessions overwhelming or distracting
  • You prefer having therapy as a physical “container” outside your home
  • You’re working through trauma, grief, anxiety, or relational dynamics that benefit from in-room presence
  • You simply feel more comfortable with face-to-face support

This is your space. We’ll go at your pace, and everything we do will be trauma-informed and centered on your safety and autonomy.

Common Questions

It really depends on what feels most supportive to you. Some people feel more connected and grounded in an in-person space, while others prefer the flexibility of online sessions. We can talk about what’s best for your needs—you’re always welcome to try both and see what feels right.
Our first session is about getting to know each other and building a sense of safety. We’ll go at your pace. You’ll have a comfortable, private space to talk, and you’re free to ask questions or let me know what helps you feel most at ease.
