Seeking professional help is not a weakness.

Healing happens in connection—and sometimes, the most powerful support comes from people walking a similar path.

Hi, I’m Sara, and I offer intimate, therapist-led support groups designed to help you feel less alone and more understood. Group therapy can be a gentle, powerful way to explore what you’re going through with others who truly get it.

Whether you’re grieving a relationship or navigating the emotional weight of body changes, these groups offer space to share, listen, and heal together.

Hair loss can be deeply emotional—especially when it affects how we see ourselves. Whether your hair loss is medical, hormonal, stress-related, or simply unexplained, this group is a space to talk honestly about shame, grief, visibility, beauty, and self-worth. You’ll be with others who get it, in a space where your story doesn’t need to be edited or minimized.

👉 Space is limited— fill out the contact form to reserve your spot or learn more.

Why Join a Therapy Group?
